The Blue Ripper™ Rail Saws are a professional-grade solution for cutting stone, offering the performance of high-end bridge saws at a fraction of the cost. Engineered for efficiency and precision, these saws cut through 5 cm thick stone with remarkable speed and accuracy. The 5 HP model achieves a cutting speed of 10 feet in just 39 seconds on 2 cm “Absolute Black” granite, while the 3 HP model accomplishes the same in 59 seconds.

Both models feature lightweight designs (5 HP: 73 lbs, 3 HP: 71 lbs) and operate on single-phase 220-240 volt power, ensuring portability and ease of use. Compatible with 14-inch blades with 20 mm segments, newer saws can accommodate blades up to 15.5 inches, offering versatility for various projects. The air-cooled system prevents overheating, while dry lubricant recommendations minimize wear on moving parts, ensuring long-lasting performance.
