ALPHA Spike Disc | Coating Removal Made Easy

Alpha® introduces the Diamond-clustered Spike Disc, a cutting-edge tool that features a multi-layer of high-quality diamond grits vacuum-brazed into a durable clustered surface. As a result, this allows for the removal of thick coating materials such as epoxy and urethane on concrete floors. Moreover, unlike PCD cup wheels, the Spike Disc removes coatings and materials quickly without damaging the concrete surface, thereby eliminating the need for additional grinding and saving time.

Additionally, the Spike Disc features a unique open-mesh diamond layout that helps eliminate clogging issues. Consequently, it prevents heat buildup, which often causes burns on metal surfaces.
